Sam heeft een achtergrond in film- en acteerstudies, maar vond hun thuis in muziek. Sam vond de weg naar het podium als vocalist bij drumcomputerpunkband Brorlab, en speelde daarna als bontridders en in projecten als Croptopcore en Kotskat. Momenteel is Sam vooral actief als muziekproducer en songwriter voor hun project Félicette.
